Midshipmen NOT marching in the Parade liberty expires for 3/c and 2/c at 2100, 1/c at 2200. Liberty granted Midshipmen in the marching contingent and not restricted, upon return to the Academy from the Parade. Liberty terminates for the marching contingent at 2300. |
