Liberty expires for all members of the Regimental Band, the Class of 2004 and Midshipmen Petty Officers at 0600 for the purpose of marching in the Memorial Day Parade. Midshipmen NOT marching in the Parade liberty expires for 3/c and 2/c at 2100, 1/c at 2200. Liberty granted Midshipmen in the marching contingent and not restricted, upon return to the Academy from the Parade. Liberty terminates for the marching contingent at 2300.
